We are pleased to announce the launch of the new and improved Practitioner Hub for inclusive business. Jointly managed by the Business Innovation Facility and Innovations Against Poverty, this online community provides a virtual space for practitioners to share experiences and gain the practical knowledge they need to help their inclusive business ventures grow.

What's new?

In addition to a brand new homepage, a new look and an upgraded navigation system, we have a whole host of new features, designed to help you find what you need when you need it:

Projects: there are over 80 inclusive business projects in the portfolios of BIF and IAP.   You can now view them by country, by sector, by business model focus or by whether they focus on low income consumers or producers.  Click through to read the short project profile of those that interest you.

Inclusive business know-how: What we mean by 'know-how' is practical knowledge about how to get something done, as opposed to 'know-what' - which is about facts.  Our Starter Pack covers all the what, who and why of inclusive business, while our themed pages take a Closer Look at ten key inclusive business topics, including 'last mile' distribution and climate-smart solutions.

Facility Publications:  Our publications span the range from short checklists on the big inclusive business challenges to longer tools and resources that stem directly from our projects.  Browse by type, theme or date of publication.

Events:  Details of event activities, photos, blogs, presentations and plenty more are now easily found under each event.

These are the big new features.   And of course we still have a growing range of project profiles and blogs, a larger  Resource Library, our Practitioner Networks and monthly features like our Editor's Choice and our Newsletter.

How are we different?

We aim to complement other websites about inclusive business by anchoring ourselves in project experience, and the business models and lessons that are emerging.

Where do I find out more?

To find out more, visit our new pages About this Hub to Explore the Hub.

If you are just visiting and have not joined yet, find out how you can Join the Community
to ensure you get our monthly update.

Stay tuned for more, we'll soon be uploading a video tour and tutorials!
