Part of the Business Innovation Facility's 'Spotlight' series, this new case study shares the story of Mrs Phiri and her pupils at the Kalingalinga Basic School in Lusaka, who were engaged in the Facility-supported iSchool project in Zambia.
Looking at this inclusive business project from Mrs Phiri's classroom, we see how the venture aims to provide high quality education to 400 schools - both rural and urban - through computers, internet access and online teaching materials.

The Business Innovation Facility’s ‘Spotlights on Inclusive Business’ focus on specific issues concerned with the development of inclusive business. They are generated from the project and advisory work of the Business Innovation Facility. As part of this series, we will sometimes cast this ‘spotlight’ on an individual or group of people who have benefited as a direct result of this work - real stories about the impact these projects have on real people.
