Hi Opeyemi, thank you it is instructive to learn how you want to use a social purpose to enhance your market position and compete around your ability to improve social conditions and achieve social outcomes. I think knowing the type of social issues that organisational (smme to large) leaders in developing markets (for example Nigeria, Uganda, Kenya) find relevant relative to how you, for example, design 'Resources and Trust Co.' services or activities at point of consumption and processes are telling. Perhaps when I am in Lagos and you are available we could discuss the role of technology and user experience design as a tool with social dimensions for improving areas where there are deficits i.e. access to sectors under-served by current infrastructure and service scarcity.
