Event: Sustainable agribusiness supply chain workshop, Bangladesh

18-19 June, BRAC Centre, Dhaka
delivered by ISCEA, Business Innovation Facility, Care, MDF

‘It is a very useful workshop’......‘It was an interesting workshop and I enjoyed it very much’... ‘Please arrange another workshop regarding this’.  These are some of the comments that  BIF, ISCEA, MDF and CARE Bangladesh received after jointly arranged a workshop to broker supply-chain partnerships between companies and NGOs who are directly involved in agribusiness value chains. This workshop, which followed the Agribusiness Supply Chain Conference, was an opportunity for organisations from different sectors of society to share training on an important topic, and discuss opportunities for collaboration.   In this respect it was pleasing that 41 participants reported at the end of the workshop that they had identified a pro-poor inclusive business or project idea that they will develop further after the workshop.
