Event: Agribusiness supply chains conference, Bangladesh

16-17 June, Radisson Water Garden Hotel, Dhaka

"We've all got excited about things that we can implement in our organisations... thank you very much to everyone for this programme." So said Inam Shahid Karzi, Gencom Group Director, at the end of the Agribusiness Supply Chain Conference, the first of its kind in Bangladesh.  The conference, focussed on "Creating opportunities through partnering" and featured seminars from local and international experts, who spoke about many different aspects of the value chains that link producers to large companies, and how to manage such supply chains efficiently. The conference also provided many networking and partnership brokering opportunities.

Trade displays provided an opportunity for industry groups and companies to showcase products and services.The conference was initiated by Katalyst and managed by ISCEA in collaboration with BIF.  BIF was the knowledge partner for the conference, and all of the presentions are available here.
