Business Call to Action (BCtA) and the International Business Leaders Forum (IBLF) - Facility Alliance partner - are jointly organising this community of practice event on 17th June in Mumbai  for overcoming the barriers to creating and implementing inclusive business models. 

The workshop is aimed at practitioners interested in increasing the uptake and effectiveness of inclusive business models within their company.

Building on the practice of Indian participants in the BCtA and research conducted by IBLF on the Barriers to Inclusive Business, participants will share approaches to inclusive business in India and work on solutions for the challenges they each face. A resource book of examples and tools will also be shared.

As part of the conference, Manju George, Business Innovation Facility Country Manager in India will present a competency framework for inclusive business, exploring key questions such as what skills are needed in staff teaams to support inclusive business and how to hire or train up staff to be effective?
