Between November 2011 and January 2012, the Business Innovation Facility and Innovations Against Poverty commissioned a network survey of the jointly administered Practitioner Hub. The survey was administered by an external professional research organisation, Keystone and iScale, to collect member views on the usefuleness, usability and accessibility of the Practitioner Hub as an inclusive business community, resource platform and knowledge-sharing space.
